CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event, all participants consent to be photographed by representatives of UC Davis Health. The term “photograph” includes video or still photography, in digital or any other format, and any other means of recording or reproducing images. It also includes capturing oral or recorded statements, when applicable.
By registering, all participants also give permission to use my voice, photograph or likeness, in any publication intended for advertising, marketing, or other related use, including but not limited to, film broadcast, printed publications, webpages and web-based publications, associated with UC Davis Health.
By registering, all participants waive and release The Regents of the University of California and its officers, agents and employees, from any claim or liability relating to the use of image, likeness, voice, photographic image, videographic image and oral or recorded statements. It is also acknowledged that by participating in this event it is done so voluntarily and participants will receive no money or remuneration of any kind.
